Defensive huddle: Gathering just before the kickoff. Sparse crowd: Fans were still filing into Skydome just before kickoff. There was a delay because of the huge lineups waiting to pickup tickets or purchase tickets at the last minute. I've never seen the box office so busy even for Blue Jay games. Argo fans are always last minute walk-up fans. Waiting for kickoff: Riders get first crack at scoring. Nealon leads offence: Rider QB Nealon Greene barks out signals. Rider defence: Something I noticed at this game and the last game I attended, the Riders never got very excited on the field or on the sidelines. Very quiet. The only player showing any upbeat feelings was surprisingly WR Cory Grant. At the last game, DB Davin Bush was more interested in dancing to the Skydome tunes than paying attention to the game during breaks. Reggie does it again: Argo QB Reggie Slack didn't have a great game but got it done when he had to. Looking for the first down: Greene leads the Rider offence again. Nope that is Simon Baffoe: The Riders actually did use RB Simon Baffoe during the game, and not only on special teams. Do not adjust your set: It's hard to hold onto the camera and keep it steady when I'm so far zoomed in. Where's the QB: Rider offence waiting instructions from Greene who is on the sidelines talking to Danny Barrett. Quiet bunch: As I mentioned before, the Riders showed almost no emotion on the sidelines during the game. At this point, they were leading in the game. Contrast that with Pinball and the Argos. When I got home and watched how he fired up his team before the game, I can see why the Argos won. Riders just looked really flat. Filled up: The bottom part of the Skydome bowl is almost filled. I must say, it was a very noisy crowd when the roof is closed. Michelle, I'm over here: Halftime entertainment was the lovely country singer, Michelle Wright. Warming up: QB and receivers warming up after halftime. Too bad it didn't help. Taking a break: These guys were looking tired. I'm amazed that DE Shont'e Peoples was able to finish the game. On one series he could barely walk off the field. After he came off, he went to the stationary bicycle and rode it for a while to keep his hamstring from tightening up on him. Still warming up: This is the last picture I took. I was pissed off the rest of the game.
