Pos: OT Hometown: Saskatoon, Saskatchewan 2002 Preseason: One of the few hometown Saskatchewanians on the team, Makowsky is becoming indispensible to the team. Had a solid year at tackle, but can play guard in a pinch. 2001 Preseason: Has made the right OT position his, but is still often criticized for having slow feet and allowing the faster defensive ends in the league to blow right by him. 2000 Regular Season: Has played all three positions on offensive line in his career. Was the Riders starting centre three years ago, moved to guard and is now the Riders starting right OT, thanks to an injury to Ben Fairbrother. For an offensive tackle, not very big and doesn't move too well, but he is a fierce competitor. [an error occurred while processing this directive] |
