2002 Preseason:  Signed another contract extension with the team that should see him end his career as a Roughrider.  One of the few remaining Rider players to have played in the 1997 Grey Cup game.  Is injury prone, but when he is healthy, he is one of the best in the game.

2001 Preseason:  Coming off an all-star season where he was runner-up as best offensive lineman in CFL.  Has decided to stay with the Riders for the long term by signing a contract extension just prior to training camp.  It was expected Greene would be looking to get back into the NFL after this season.  Looking to have another all-star season at left OG.

2000 Regular Season:  Really wanted to return to Saskatchewan for 2000 by signing a three-year contract.  If he can come back sucessfully from his Achilles tendon tear, he may turn out to be the all-star his potential has promised.  With OT John Terry, Riders have a solid left side of an offensive line.  Runner-up for top offensive lineman in CFL

1999 Regular Season:  Sustained a season ending Achilles tendon tear in third game of season.  Riders were looking forward to an all-star season out of Greene when he re-signed with the Roughriders after spending last season with NFL Jacksonville Jaguars.   Despite having been a pro football player for six seasons with Miami, Seattle, Saskatchewan (twice) and Jacksonville, has probably played in fewer than 20 games, most of those coming with Saskatchewan in 1997.  Looking forward to playing on a very good offensive line in 2000.

College:  Second-round draft choice in both the CFL (Saskatchewan Roughriders in 1994) and NFL (Miami Dolphins in 1995) after an outstanding career at Indiana University.  Saskatchewan traded his rights to Ottawa Rough Riders right after drafting him but, after Ottawa folded, western Riders signed Greene as a free agent in 1997.

Personal:  Born in Kingston, Jamaica but grew up in Scarborough, Ontario.
